Gap, some musings.........
This gap, between where you are, and where you want to be....
It can take many forms.
Some recent examples I have worked with include:
- the gap between being always depressed and being happy
- the gap between binge eating and following a healthy diet
- the gap between permanent anger and inner peace
- the gap between the end of a relationship and the start of a new life
- the gap between performance and potential
Other issues that have responded well to interventions have so far included:
- moving forward after bereavement
- jealousy
- self confidence
- goal setting
- sporting performance
- decision making
- anxiety
- addictive / destructive behaviours
- divorce
- building relationships.
